We have advised Banc of America Securities Limited and WestLB AG as joint coordinators of a USD350 million syndicated facility for OJSC Promsvyazbank (PSB) as borrower.
PSB is a leading privately owned Russian retail and commercial bank whose shareholders include the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The facility was signed by the President of PSB, Mr Artem Konstandyan, in London on 20 October 2011 and featured a syndicate of 18 international banks from across Western Europe, Asia and the United States.
