Credit Agricole CIB acted as the coordinating and structuring bank and mandated lead arranger, BNP Paribas (CIB Italy) and ING Bank as mandated lead arrangers and UBI Banca are mandated lead arranger and facilities agent. Credit Agricole Carispezia acted as the account bank.
