Ashurst has advised (i) Nordest Merchant S.p.A. (belonging to Banca Popolare di Vicenza) in relation to the purchase of a minority stake in Agripower S.r.l. and (ii) NEM SGR S.p.A., on behalf of the close-end fund Industrial Opportunity Fund, in relation to the medium-long term financing granted to Agripower for the creation of 13 biogas energy plants. Each plant will have a capacity of 999 kW each.
