Tranche A, which had a volume of EUR 150 million, was to be used to refinance ahead of schedule and to top up the previous facility with an original volume of EUR 100 million. In addition, by tranche B the remaining purchase price of USD 80 million for the acquisition of US automotive components supplier Toledo Molding & Die. Inc. was funded.
