Clifford Chance advised the lead managers, HSBC and ING, on the inaugural dim sum bond issued by TMB Bank Public Company Limited, one of the largest retail banks in Thailand. This represented two market firsts: the first RMB denominated bond issued by a Thai issuer and the first international bond issued by a Thai issuer in 2015.
