Clifford Chance advised HAMBORNER REIT AG, Duisburg, on a capital increase from its authorised capital. The share capital was increased through the subscription of around 4.5 million new shares at an issue price of EUR 8.993 per share, totalling some EUR 41 million, by Deka Investment GmbH on account of RAGS-FundMaster, a special asset fund held by RAG-Stiftung, Essen, which became the largest single shareholder of HAMBORNER REIT AG.
