Clifford Chance advised Atlandes, the concessionaire of the A63 motorway announced the refinancing of loans taken in 2011 in the initial financing of the concession for the financing, design, development, enlargement, maintenance, operation and maintenance of the section between Salles (Gironde) and Saint-Geours-de-Maremne (Landes), from highway 63.
The refinancing included the provision of a credit in the amount of EUR860 million with a maturity of 25 years, was signed by Atlandes with a banking syndicate composed of Banca IMI, BBVA, BNP Paribas, CIC, Credit Agricole CIB, ING Bank and Societe Generale.
