Moser Baer Clean Energy Limited (MBCEL), an Indian company specialised in the development of solar power projects, has sold two solar farms in Southern Germany to HEP Kapital GmbH. The solar farms had been constructed by Sinosol AG as EPC contractor and had been completed in December 2009. This is the first solar farm project realized by MBCEL in Germany.
