The Heytex Group, consisting of the Heytex Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries in Germany, China and the U.S., has been one of the world's leading manufacturers of laminated and coated technical fabrics for decades. The products of the Heytex Group range from materials for trucks and other tarpaulins, advertising banners, large tents or party tents to technological premium-quality products, e.g. for biogas membranes or stadium roofing.
Bondcote was founded in 1949 and supplies coated and laminated fabrics as well as composite fabrics worldwide, in particular for the roofing materials, transportation, military, environmental and agricultural as well as recreational and athletic industries.
