LLC, in connection with the registered public offering by AerCap Ireland Capital DAC and AerCap Global Aviation Trust, subsidiaries of AerCap Holdings N.V., of USD1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.5% Senior Notes due 2025. AerCap used the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including to acquire, invest in, finance or refinance aircraft assets and to repay indebtedness.
