The Firm represented the underwriters of the initial public offering in Hong Kong and Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Dongpeng Holdings Company Limited (Dongpeng). Dongpeng offered an aggregate of 249,400,000 shares, which raised approximately HKD733 million (USD94 million) in gross proceeds for Dongpeng. Dongpeng is the largest ceramic tile company and the largest industry participant in the high-end ceramic tile segment in China. The shares of Dongpeng are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Goldman Sachs acted as sole global coordinator, sole sponsor, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager; and Deutsche Bank and BOCI acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
