Conch Venture is an investment holding company and a large integrated provider of energy preservation and environmental protection solutions. Conch Venture indirectly holds equity interests in two leading building materials producers in China, namely Conch Cement and Conch Profiles, both of whom are listed companies. The ordinary shares of Conch Venture are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The underwriters for this offering included Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Morgan Stanley.
