Simpson Thacher represented Grupo Antolin in connection with a high yield offering of EUR400 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2021, a new EUR200 million term loan facility and a EUR200 million revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the notes offering together with borrowings under the new term loan facility were used by Grupo Antolin to refinance outstanding indebtedness.
Grupo Antolin is a leading player in the design, development, manufacturing and supply of automotive interior components, with more than 120 manufacturing plants and just-in-time assembly and sequencing facilities in 25 countries worldwide.
