The Hong Kong incorporated subsidiary guarantors who we advised on this issuance are Chalco Hong Kong Limited, Blue Sky Resource (Indonesia) Limited, ChalcoHK South East Asia Investment Limited and Chalco Energy Holdings Limited.
Chalco is a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Chalco, together with its subsidiaries (the Group), is principally engaged in mining of bauxite; the production and sales of alumina, primary aluminum and aluminum fabrication products; operation of coal and iron ore businesses as well as trading of other non-ferrous metal products. The Group is the largest producer of alumina, primary aluminum and aluminum fabrication products in the PRC.
