Wanda Group's maximum total capital commitment under the joint venture is HK$3,000 million and the transactions constituted a major and connected transaction of Wanda Group under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
Wanda Group is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and both Wanda Group and Wanda HK are the subsidiaries of Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties, a PRC company engaged in property development, property leasing, property management and investment holding.
