Watson, Farley & Williams advised Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg (LBBW) on the approximately EUR 58 m financing of the project "La Chapelle", consisting of three onshore wind farms with a total installed capacity of 34 MW in the south of France.
The project has been developed by Epuron and co-sponsored by Impax New Energy Investors, Epuron and LaCer Villers SARL.
Hamburg-based partner Thomas Hollenhorst led the deal with French finance partner Laurence Martinez-Bellet, supported by a French/German team of associates including Alexander Wojtek (Finance, Hamburg), Alexia Russell (Finance, Paris), Peter Schmid and Laurent Battoue (both Corporate, Paris).
