Watson, Farley & Williams, an international law firm, is pleased to announce that it has advised Lite-On Green Technologies BV, a renewable energy company belonging to the Taiwanese Lite-On Group, on the sale of its 100% stake in Lite-On Green Technologies S.r.l to the international investment fund Partners Group for more than EUR30 million. Lite-On Green Technologies S.r.l owns 10 operating PV plants located in the Veneto region of northeast Italy.
