Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised listed real estate investment company Icade on the 12.5-year lease agreement with auditory and consultancy firm KPMG for 40,468 square metres of office space in the EQHO tower, La Defense.
The lease will come into effect on April 1, 2015 upon completion of installation works by KPMG.
