04 Jul 2014 Santander Consumer Bank Polish Auto Securitisation

Santander Consumer Bank Polish Auto Securitisation - Santander's Polish consumer finance business has closed a notable securitisation of auto loan receivables. Securitisation in Poland has been inhibited by a restrictive tax regime and legal complexities, however a handful of institutions have managed to issue successfully (the last one being Getin Bank). The Polish zloty transaction's Class A notes was rated by Fitch and Moodys and listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. (Hogan Lovells advised the Arrangers).
